All the Daze Productions

Marcia began her career as an Early Childhood Educator, specializing in toddler, preschool and school-age creative programming. While working in the field, Marcia started a website to share all the resources she had accumulated with other professionals in the field. The popular success of her website inspired Marcia to collect these ideas in the form of four seasonal books, Snow Daze, Spring Daze, Autumn Daze, and her newest book Summer Daze, which will be available in bookstores in 2011. These books quickly became a go-to resource for anyone looking for unique and creative ideas for “all the daze you spend with children”.

In 2007, while researching local outlets for her book, Marcia was introduced to PARO Presents, a retail collaborative store and training program where women entrepreneurs and artisans sell their products, in addition to learning marketing, customer service and retail skills. While volunteering in the store, Marcia learned about all of the resources available through PARO, and has since participated in the Making a Difference and Accelerator programs, as well as travelling throughout northwestern Ontario as part of the Accelerated Access program. Marcia has also offered workshops and training to other PARO participants through the weekly Glow and Grow workshops.

The success she experienced with her books and workshops flourished into a thriving consulting business, All the Daze Productions. Now Marcia spends much of her time providing workshops and additional resources to non-profit organizations, businesses, professional associations, conferences, networks, schools, child-care centres, retailers and community organizations that are designed to meet the needs of young children all across the country. Her website, books and training have come together to make Marcia a leading authority and resource in the early childhood education community.
