After graduating from PARO’s Gateway Program, Sandi Boucher started her business meno bimahdizewin consulting group to empower women and men to discover their “Inner Warrior”! She has built her business around her traditional Ojibwe teachings, and offers clients of variety of tools including personal coaching, motivational seminars, and oral and written inspirations, to empower themselves to succeed in all they do. Sandi is also the author of Honorary Indian, A Daily Motivational Guide to Life, which invites readers from all faiths and ethnicities to benefit from traditional Ojibwe teachings.

In addition to success in PARO’s  business development program, Sandi has also participated in the Accelerated Access program, offers her time as a mentor for the Aboriginal Mentoring Program, and is one of the winners of the Group of the Year Award as a member of the PARO Peer Lending Circle, the Dreamcatchers.

Sandi worked for more than 20 years in the employment and training field, for Aboriginal organizations, and is now embarking on an exciting new challenge – The Thunder Bay Centre of Change which will provide incubator space and support for small businesses and non-profit organizations.

Sandi uses her personal success story, her career experience, and her traditional teachings to empower all she encounters. She helps her clients see their own gifts and inner powers as they find and embrace their own 'Inner Warriors".
